PDST 2025 December News: Monthly Schedule, Private Lessons, swim meet, Winter Break

Dear PDST members,

Below is the updated news for December 2025.

Monthly Schedule

Please check the yellow highlights.

Please note there will be no Pre-comp training on 11/30. The makeup training will be 11/2.

PNS Champ Relay training will be on 11/7. All 12&U PNS Champ qualifiers, please show up on time to attend and get your PNS Champ rewards.

No regular training during Winter Break. There are some winter special training for National/Senior and Adv2 groups.

Private lesson

Dryland schedule & instruction

Please note that the 4:00-5:00 p.m. dryland is an online dryland. The PDST deck coach will be the supervisor and instructor during the training. Please check the link below for all the training videos and schedule information.

Swim Meet

AGI meet in November: The heatsheet and timeline will post very soon on the website. The volunteers, please double-check your time and show up at the lobby to check in.

If you registered for the SERVICE but failed to complete SERVICE session(s), you will be charged a fee of $80 per missed hour, with a minimum penalty of $160 per missed session.  This charge will be added to your account and billed immediately.
