PDST 2026 January News: Monthly Schedule, Private Lessons cancellation/booking, swim meet

Dear PDST members,

Below is the updated news for January 2026.

 

 

2026 APC All Atar Team

Four PDST swimmers, Chen Cedric, Gan Valerie, Chiang Sarah, and Nguyen Khloe, are selected into the PNS All-Star Team. They will represent PNS to race in the annual All-Star Champ meet at the beginning of Jan 2026 with All-Star Team Swimmers from CA and Oregon. 

Congratulations to our PDST swimmers, and Congratulations to our 2026 Pacific Northwest All-Star Team!  

The full PNS All-Star roster can be found here. The All-Star Team coaching staff is looking forward to bringing our All Stars together on this team and having this great racing opportunity!

Please note there will be no training during the PDST Winter Invitational Meet. Instead, please sign up the meet.

 

 

Private lesson

Anyone who wants to cancel their current slots, please get in touch with Coach Leon by the 23rd, 2025. For those who want to keep the slots, no action is needed.

The new booking will release at 1:00 pm on 12/27, Saturday. More information will post on the Website soon.

 

 

Dryland schedule & instruction

Please note that the 4:00-5:00 p.m. dryland is an online dryland. The PDST deck coach will be the supervisor and instructor during the training. Please check the link below for all the training videos and schedule information.

Swim Meet

Please sign up for the PDST Invi meet by the deadline, and the volunteer jobs will be posted soon.

If you registered for the SERVICE but failed to complete SERVICE session(s), you will be charged a fee of $80 per missed hour, with a minimum penalty of $160 per missed session.  This charge will be added to your account and billed immediately.
