Delora Li selected for PNS 2013 Catch The Spirit Camp

PDST swimmer Delora Li is selected for PNS 2013 Catch The Spirit Camp - Congratulations!

Top swimmers from PNS were selected for the 2013 Catch The Spirit Camp to be held over the weekend (May 11-12) at Seattle University Connolly Center Pool. This is a two day, overnight camp where each athlete has the unique opportunity to train in a fast, competitive environment, with others top PNS swimmers. In addition to the swimming training sessions, there will also be team building activities, dry land workouts, goal setting sessions, mental preparation techniques and nutrition for high performance.
