Jan 15th and 16th PDST practice schedule adjustments

 Due to an unschedule JCC pool closure on Jan 16th, Thursday, the following PDST practices are adjusted, please mark your scheudle accordingly:

  1. Jan 16th Thursday): Advanced Group practice at JCC canceled. Adv Group will practice at Hazen pool 7.30-9PM. No Dryland. Age Group practice at Hazen pool canceled. 
  2. Jan. 15th (Wed): Age Group will practice at Hazen pool with Regional/HS Group 7.30-8.55PM. No Dryland. This practice replaces Thursday, 16th practice. 
  3. Jan 15th (Wed): Adv Group: Swimmers in dryland training with JD (SJCC trainer) to train your DL fitness on Wed 6-6.40PM. This is to replace Thursday (Jan 16th) class. Other Adv. Group swimmers: no DL. 
  4. All other groups/practices remain the same per schedule.
