Application to Western Zone Diversity Camp June 26-29, 2014

PNS is sending 2 swimmers and 1 coach to the Western Zone Diversity Camp.  We are encouraging swimmers from the under-represented populations in swimming by bringing a small group together from throughout the west in Hayward California to instill a vision of what is possible when we work to be inclusive. 

Attached are the applications for the swimmers and the parents - apply if your swimmer and/or you is interested in attending and meet with qualifications.
