| Lesson Slots application rule: |

| 1)All Green slots are now open for all PDST members unless there is special notice per coach. |
| 2)Coach Leon will accept Age & upper-group swimmers only |
| 3)Please apply the slots through email only([email protected]) to coach Leon if you want the Green slots. |
| 4)The slots are all biweekly bookings to squeeze more opportunities for PDST members |
| 5)The slots will open for applying at 1:00 pm, 12/30, Saturday 2023. No acceptions for early email booking |
| 6)We follow the "first come, first get" principle. Please leave two options for further adjustment. |
7)Your application won’t be confirmed until you receive the confirmed email from Coach Leon.
The updated slots will posted on the Website Once they are confirmed. |
| 8)The booking will be guaranteed until the end of April and updated with the monthly schedule posted. |

| Fees: |

It must be paid via ACH or CASH in your PDST account.
A $10 processing fee will be added to each check payment if you pay by check. |

| $60/swimmer/30 mins with Coach John Michael, Coach Shih-Yu Chen |
|
|
| $70/swimmer/30 mins with Coach Li and Coach Leon. |
|
| |
|
|
|
|
|

|
|
| Cancellation: |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
A $60 no-show fee will be assessed if a lesson is canceled less than 24 hours in advance,
or the swimmer doesn’t show up without any alternates. |
|
| No make-up lessons are provided. NO EXCEPTIONS. All changes must be advanced and informed to Coach Leon. |

| Unforeseen teacher absence/pool closure: |
|
|
|
|
|
|
In the event, a coach or instructor must cancel a lesson due to weather, pool closure, swim meets, etc.
Credit/refund will be made if classes are prepaid. |
