Yost and Klahaya tryouts will be drop in tryouts at Yost pool M-F 5:30-7:00 pm (not on Sept. 1st)

Cascade trains and competes year-round, typically with time off in August.
As a swimmer progresses in the sport, families are encouraged to schedule vacations AFTER all champs/regional/national meets.
Senior swimmers are expected to prioritize Cascade practices and meets over high school, summer league and part time jobs.
Additional training trips and camps may occasionally be scheduled by coaches.
