PRACTICE SCHEDULES
Ballard and Yost will start back Sept 5th.
Queen Anne will start back Sept 6th.

Rainier Beach and Madison will start back Sept 11th.
Tryouts(drop in - no appointment necessary except at Ballard)
Ballard and Queen Anne tryouts (held at Ballard pool) will be by appointment only - contact Coach Ron ([email protected])
Madison tryouts will be Thursdays from 6-6:15 pm starting Dec. 7th
RB tryouts will be T/TH at 4:30 pm starting Sept. 12th
Yost tryouts will be M/T/TH at 5:45-6 pm starting Sept. 11th

Monday May 6th Intro and Red only at Ballard pool 3:30-4:30
Ballard, QA, RB and Madison closed 6/6
Holidays
Ballard, QA, RB, and Madison closed 5/27 (Memorial Day) and 6/19 (Juneteenth)
Cascade trains and competes year-round, typically with time off in August.
As a swimmer progresses in the sport, families are encouraged to schedule vacations AFTER all champs/regional/national meets.
Senior swimmers are expected to prioritize Cascade practices and meets over high school, summer league and part time jobs.
Additional training trips and camps may occasionally be scheduled by coaches.
