OCA SENDS TEAM TO MEL ZAJAC INTERNATIONAL
Head Coach Alice Godfred is traveling to Vancouver, BC with eight senior and national group swimmers this weekend for the Mel Zajac International/Canada Cup. OCA swimmers Maddie Larkin, Kendra Clinton, Cassie Tallman, Jenny Hou, Sabrina Kwan, Luisa Chan, Sam Petrini, and Knox Young will compete in this Olympic tune up event at the University of Bristish Columbia. 500 swimmers from the US, Canada, Australia, Japan, Korea, and Mexico will compete in preparation to qualify for, and compete at the London Olympics this summer.
Attending (in addition to OCA superstars):most of the 2012 Canadian Olympians, as well as a large contingent of the Australian London 2012 team, including Kenrick Monk, Stephanie Rice, Meagan Nay, Mitchell Larkin, Ryan napoleon, Yolane Kukla, Bronte Barratt, Leisel jones, Ned McKendry, Hayden Stoeckel and Matthew Cowdrey, and South Korean Olympic Champion Park Tae-Hwan
