Parrish Wills Novice 1 Lead Coach

Parrish is our Novice 1 Lead Coach. She grew up around the pool in Chapel Hill, North Carolina where she started swimming competitively at the age of 6 for her neighborhood summer league team (SVGC). She instantly knew this was the sport for her. From then on, every summer was spent swimming and eventually coaching for SVGC. She competed on two year-round Club teams, CHYSC and NCAC, but always returned to her neighborhood summer swim team! This love of swimming lead her to continue swimming competitively until her freshman year of college when she was forced into early retirement due to a shoulder injury.

After graduating from Virginia tech (go Hokies!), with a degree in psychology and a minor in sociology, she moved to Charleston, South Carolina. There she continued to pursue her passion of swim coaching as an associate coach for Swim Charleston. In October 2021, after spending her whole life on the east coast, Parrish, her husband and their two dogs packed up and relocated to the Seattle area for her husband's new job. She is super excited to join OCA and is looking forward having a great season!
