Yardsale - THIS SATURDAY!
This Saturday is our annual Fall Yardsale. Please bring your donations to the pool on Friday night at 5pm. If you don't have anything to donate, we will also be featuring a bake sale, and we warmly welcome baked goods to help the cause. Claudine Teoh will be here from 6-7 to pick them up and will then individually wrap them all for sale. If you have any questions feel free to contact her at either

Oct 1st Distance Meet Clarification
We will be running our WEST only distance meet this Saturday during NORMAL practice times. We will be running it as time trials and coaches will keep track of times. Any parents wishing to help out, we ask that you please help with the yardsale instead.
October Challenge Meet Entries
We are doing the entries for the October Challenge meet. These will be based off the meet declaration forms that we have received back from everyone. If we DO NOT have a form, you WILL NOT be entered. Please make sure we have your form.
Welcome Trish - New Office Manager
We would like to extend a warm welcome to the newest addition to the WEST Staff: Trish Havey. Trish comes to us from Hawaii where
she was living while working on her MBA degree and training for the Kona Ironman Championship which she will be competing in, in early October.
