Meet Declaration Forms NEEDED ASAP!
If you have not already done so, please turn in your Meet Declaration Form to the front office AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
We have sent out more than 3 reminders, however we still only have a handful of forms.
If we DO NOT have a form for your child, they WILL NOT be participating in any meets. Entries are due for our first couple meets and we don't want your swimmer to have to miss out.
