It's been quite a busy week and we are entering some of our heaviest training of the season. Let's make sure the swimmers are eating and drinking enough water as well as getting enough rest. Remember, the work we do now will carry us into the rest of our season.
Oct Challenge Meet Wrap Up
What a great meet we had this past weekend. Many swimmers acheived their Gold and PNS qualifying times and we had far-less DQs than we usually have at the first meet of the season, great work everyone! If you would like to check the results, they are available by clicking here.

Team Equipment Has Arrived!
Our team gear has finally arrived and is available for pick up at the front office. PARENTS MUST PICK UP all orders and will need to double check their order as well as sign-off their order forms so we can ensure everyone gets the correct equipment.
New Team Apparel - HURRY, ORDERS CAN ONLY BE PLACED UNTIL OCT 30th.
WEST team T-shirts, polos, hooded sweatshirts and more are now available to order online! All orders must be placed between NOW and 10./30, so please act quickly. Here are the directions on how to use the online ordering system:

3. If you have Registered to shop at Pro Image Sportswear previously, just Log
In using your Username and Password. Use Recover Password if you don’t
remember it all. It is case sensitive.
4. Scrolling down, you will com to “Authorization Code”. You MUST enter
your code: westcoast (all lowercase letters). Missing this step is where most
registration errors occur.
5. Once you click Submit at the bottom of the page, you should be able to see your
store link in the top left menu.
Parent Meeting - MONDAY 24th - 8:30PM
We plan to hold a quick parent meeting on Monday 10/24 at 8:30 PM. We will be going over the new team website and how to use some of its new functions. This meeting is not mandatory
Office Hours
We would like to remind parents to please refer to our office hours (Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 11am and 3om if you have questions or need to talk to one of us. We certainly want to be available and approachable by everyone, however we would like to limit the number of interruptions during practice times so we can give your children and our swimmers our full attention. Email is also a great way to reach us as we understand everyone is busy and has their own hectic schedules. Just as a reminder, here are our emails:
