Good Day WEST swimfans,
Buckle up, we are into Championship season! This weekend we will be competing both at the Divisional Championships in Bremerton and Husky Invitational at UW. Next weekend is PNS 14 & Under Champs and the following weekend is Senior Champs.

Altered Schedule This Saturday
No practice for Discover or Explore this Saturday due to the swim meet. There will be practice for Challenge 1 and those Challenge 2 and Accelerate swimmers not competing in either meet (at normal time).
Winter Holiday Party
We will be holding the annual WEST Winter Holiday Party on Monday December 19th starting at 6:30pm (No practice for Exlore, Discover and Challenge 2). We are asking that everyone please contribute to the celebration. Please view the flyer by clicking here.

Rest & Race Preperation
As we approach our December meets, let's make sure we are being consistent with our sleep habits and really good about the fuel/food we put into our bodies. This is when all those little details come together to make the big difference and we've worked way too hard this season to NOT do everything in our control to swim as fast as possible. Can't wait to see how well everyone does!
