*Attention* New Billing Instructions

Attention Swim Team and Club Members:
 
You should have received an email with instructions for setting up automatic payments through our new account management system and website, TeamUnify at www.WESTswimteam.com .
 
In switching to the new system we are asking that you re-enter your preferred payment information.  This will need to be done by everyone, even if we had your billing preferences stored in our old system.  For anti-fraud purposes we were not permitted to transfer that information for you.
 
For those who opt out of auto-payments, your payment option is by CHECK to the front office.  To save trees, you do not need to print out the invoice each month.  Simply bring the check to the front office with payment details on the memo line, specifically month and swim group/membership (i.e. “January/Discover” or “April/Masters”).

Any balance from our old account management system (ProSchool) has been charged to your TeamUnify account.
 
ALL late fees were credited back to accounts for November.  No late fees will be charged in December. 
 
TeamUnify is accrual-based and monthly charges will be posted on the first of each month.  In other words, any credits for late fees, forward balances, meet fees, and/or ProShop purchases made during the month of December will not be posted until January 1st.   For the most current account balance, please log in to your account.
No payments for team dues or monthly memberships have been processed for December.   To pay your December dues, please set up the automatic payment as detailed in the email.  The auto-pay will not kick in until January 1st (which would be a charge of December AND January dues).  
 
Please pay your December dues by check (by mail or bringing in to the office) to avoid a larger January 1st bill.
