IMPORTANT: Please physically send in December payments
Dear WEST Families and Patrons,
The club's recent computer issues did not allow this past month's billing to be processed automatically as it usually is, and virtually
everyone now has an outstanding balance. We need everyone's prompt attention to avoid having to suspend memberships or children's participation with the team. It is imperative that we collect the December membership dues in order to maintain our operational costs and avoid much larger January invoices.
We need everyone to take the following action as soon as possible:
Log in to your account and check your current account balance. Click on "My Invoice/Payment" link under the My Account tab on the left.
If you have questions about the balance that you owe: click on "Current Invoice Summary" and scroll to the bottom where it says "
NEW NON-RECURRING CHARGES / CREDITS POSTED AFTER December 1" This is where you will see the updated charges we made to the new account, including balances that we carried over from each family's old account in Pro School.
PLEASE Send a check to the office for your December payment including any further balance you owe.

email or in person with your questions. We still can view the accounts in Pro School, but only for a limited time so please act quickly.
Set up your account's monthly auto-payment options. Everyone must do this themselves for security and privacy reasons.
