Dear WEST families,

Welcome back to another very exciting week around the pool. We've got a lot going on, so please read closely!

Late Fees

Due to the lack of response setting up the autopay feature of the new billing system and many accounts carrying large outstanding balances, we have turned on the Late Fee ability of the system. Any accounts carrying a past-due balance will incur a non-refundable $50 late fee on the 15th of each month that the account is past-due.

Sectional Results

Several of our senior swimmers competed last weekend at the Western Zone Speedo Sectional Series. The meet included some VERY fast swimming, including many Olympic trial qualifiers and even a current world record holder. Congratulations to Matt and Mariah Williamson, Brianna Lucien, Morgan Ginnis, Hannah Peseau and Connor McGinnis. NCAA Tickets

We have ordered 32 tickets to the Men's NCAA Championship meet at KCAC and every single one has been claimed so far. You can still get tickets online, however we would need a minimum of 20 additional to get the group discount. Please visit ticketmaster.com to order additional tickets if you would like to attend and HAVE NOT reserved one with coach Sam. Those that reserved one will be billed $10.

Spring Break - April 1st to 10th

The entire team will be on Spring Break immediately following the conclusion of Age Group Regionals. We will officially start practice back up on April 11th, however for those itching to practice, we will hold optional workouts April 2nd through 4th from 4-5:30pm (for all groups that are interested).

Swim-A-Thon - COMING FAST!

Our annual Swim-A-Thon fundraiser will be held on April 12th. We have activated a new feature of the website that allows swimmers to make profiles online and solicit online donations in addition to the letter writing party. We strongly encourage everyone to set up a profile and start soliciting online donations.

Montana Travel Meet

So far we have 9 people confirmed for the Montana meet. Based on this much of a response, we plan to rent 2 passenger vans instead of a bus and our goal is to have 20 swimmers attend. The entire trip is projected to cost about $500 per person and will be cheaper the more that come.
