Off to another busy week at WEST. Most of you got a chance to meet our newest addition to the coaching staff: Ken. He is really excited to be part of WEST and is fitting in really well with the swimmers and staff.

Check Your Invoices Please

We have had to bill for several swim meets recently and many people (especially those still refusing to set up auto-pay) have neglected to pay these balances. Please log in to your account and confirm your balance is paid - we cannot continue to allow accounts to be delinquent and swimmers will be removed from practice if necessary.

NW Swim Shop Sale - Starts this Friday

NW Swim Shop is having a sale starting this Friday with lots of great deals. This is a perfect opportunity for the swimmers to get the required gear that many of them still fail to have (especially rubber fins, pulling ankle straps, etc.). As we adjust back to the normal schedule, let's make sure we are adequately fueling our bodies and getting enough rest. I've been encouraging the swimmers to bring snacks to practice to help them get through those longer training sessions.
