Here we are, into July and it's just starting to feel like summer. I hope everyone had an enjoyable and safe Fourth of July.

Seattle Senior Open - This Weekend

There's a slightly amended practice schedule this week due to the Senior Open:

Friday: regular schedule, except Accelerate (not at the meet) - NO morning practice, swim with Challenge from 11:30am to 1:30pm. NO Accelerate practice from 1:30-4pm.

Saturday: Challenge & Accelerate will practice at 8:30-11am instead of their normal time.

Seattle Age Group & WEST Summer League Meet - Next Weekend

Next Saturday, WEST will be hosting our Summer League Meet. Accelerate will practice 8:30-11am and then stay to help out with the Summer League Meet. We encourage swimmers from the other training groups to also come help out with the meet. This is a great chance for WEST to come together as a team, promote swimming and hopefully recruit some new younger swimmers for the fall!

There is a lot going on so please stay in the loop, summer is flying by and August will be here before we know it!
