Here we go, championship season is quickly approaching and we are very busy around WEST getting prepared for all the excitement to come over the next few weeks.

Seattle Age Group & WEST Summer League Meet - Next Weekend

This Saturday, WEST will be hosting our Summer League Meet. Accelerate will practice 8:30-11am and then stay to help out with the Summer League Meet. We encourage swimmers from the other training groups to also come help out with the meet. This is a great chance for WEST to come together as a team, promote swimming and hopefully recruit some new younger swimmers for the fall!

Timers Needed at Age Group Seattle Open

We have been assigned 2 lane timer positions during each session of the Age Group Open. If you are planning on attending, please help out when you can.

Volunteers Needed for PNS Champs!

REMINDER: All Swim Team Families have a MANDATORY volunteer requirement (as outlined in the annual registration packet) and any family failing to satisfy their requirement will be billed for each unfulfilled hour.

PNS Long Course Champs is the last chance to satisfy this requirement and we have many areas where we need help (including jobs that can be done ahead of time before the meet). We are hoping to get some new announcers for our hosted swim meets. Anyone interested in training during long course champs, please contact [email protected].

Muffins Wanted for Champs
