Team Equipment - Orders Due by WEDNESDAY, Sept 26th
There is still time to get your team equipment ordered and receive the sponsorship discount prices. We have to bulk order items to get the discounts and will only do a handful of team orders throughout the year, so it is important to place your orders now for the upcoming season. Fall Yardsale - Saturday, Oct 6th
You can now sign up on line or at the pool to help out with the October 6 Yard Sale at WEST. To sign up on line, please sign into your WEST account then select “Events” and “job sign up”. Questions regarding this event should be directed to Krissy Davis at [email protected]
Family Folders - Please Check them Regularly
Please remember to check your family’s folder regularly. The family folders are kept in the parent viewing room at the pool. While most notifications are done by e-mail, there are occasionally items that need to be sent to you or your swimmer, such as awards or pictures. There are folders from last year that still have a few ribbons and medals in them! If you do not find a folder with your family name on it, just let Rachel, [email protected], in the front office know.
Informational Swim Team Parent Meeting

Roof Repair Project
We plan to start the repair work on the roof this Monday and may have some areas of the parking lot and front entrance temporarily blocked off. We are doing our best to schedule the majority of the work during the morning when the pool isn't as busy, however we appreciate your patience and cooperation as we aim to better WEST and protect the facility for years to come.
Krispy Kreme Fundraiser - Forms Due Sept 24th
We are encouraging everyone to participate in our first fundraiser of the year: selling Krispy Kreme donuts. Our goal is to have everyone sell 10 items (either boxes of donuts, gift cards or coffee) at $12 each. Order forms are available in the parent viewing area and completed forms should be dropped off at the front office. Note: this is not a mandatory fundraiser, however it does help the team tremendously.
Make sure we are all getting adequate rest and eating healthy as we increase training levels and get ready for an awesome short course season!
