Swim Meet This Weekend!

NO PRACTICE for those attending the meet. Practice on Saturday for anyone NOT attending will be held from 8-10am. We would like to remind everyone to please be 30 minutes early for warm-ups, the meet timeline is as follows:

Saturday AM - All 10&U, 11-12 Girls - 8am warm-ups
Saturday PM - All 13&O, 11-12 Boys - 1pm warm-ups
Sunday AM - All 13&O, 11-12 Girls - 8am warm-ups
Sunday PM - All 10&U, 11-12 Boys - 1pm warm-ups

Hospitality Meeting - Wed, Oct 17th 6:30pm

Looking for a fun way to get involved and help at our swim meets? The Hospitality Crew is having a meeting and values your input – next Wednesday, October 17 at 6:30 at the Pool.

Montana Meet

We are planning on attending the Montana Meet with swimmers from our Challenge and Accelerate groups. Please let us know if you would like to attend, we still have a few spots open.

We estimate the trip will cost around $250 per swimmer. We plan to leave Thursday afternoon/evening and return Sunday evening so kids miss the most minimal amount of school.

WEST Lock-In - October 19-20th

We plan to hold our annual lock-in on Friday, October 19th and 20th. We will hold a practice for ALL groups 8-10pm, then Challenge and Accelerate swimmers will sleep at the pool with several practices throughout the night/morning. Last year was a lot of fun and we look to have even more fun this year. If you are interested in Chaperoning, please contact [email protected]

Lesson Referrals

We want to remind everyone that we offer a $5 credit to any WEST family or member that refers a NEW family to our Lessons program. It only applies for the new person's first lessons session and the referral must be claimed within the same week the new person registers. Please speak to [email protected] with any questions.
