Good Day WESTonians.
Here we go, championship season is here in full force. Last weekend we had outstanding performances at Divisional Champs and great representation at the annual Husky Invitational. This weekend we will be competing at Junior Natiponals in Tennessee and gearing up for PNS 14 & Under Championships! There is a lot going on, so please read carefully and email any questions you may have.
Practice Schedule - This Week
Normal Schedule through Thursday
Friday: No early AM practice. Normal PM practices.
Saturday: Normal Explore and Discover practice. ALL PNS Senior Champ swimmers 9-11am (All non-PNS Champ swimmers in Challenge and Accelerate OFF)

Lane Timing Assignments - We need to supply 2 timers for Friday AM Session and Sunday AM session.
Food Drive - Collection Bins in Front Lobby
We are participating in the Jackson High School Food Drive to benefit the Mill Creek Food Bank. Please leave your donations in the appropriate bin in the front lobby.
Holiday Party - Friday December 21st - 5:30-8pm
We are holding the annual WEST Winter Holiday Party on Friday December 21st. Accelerate will have a shortened practice on the 21st and all other groups will have the night off. Information is in everyone's folder, please check yours and respond. We also would like to do Secret Santas with the kids, so again, please check your folders to participate.
Rest & Nutrition During Taper
Now is the time of the year when all the small details matter. Make sure we are consistently getting enough rest and eating a balanced and healthy diet. Extra stretching and extra hydration is a good idea.
