Team Pictures THIS SATURDAY

 

Please wear your Black WEST Swimming shirt and Team Suit we will be doing photos both in and out of the water this year. Order packets are in your family folder or can be picked up at the Front Desk. Please bring those and give them to the photographer on Saturday.

 

Swim-A-Thon Letter Writting Party & Mandatory Parent Meeting NEXT SATURDAY (see times below)

 

We have our annual Swim-a-Thon coming up in May and its very important that we donate our time to make sure that the event is a huge success (which means we need everyone to pitch in and help out). I realize that we do not give fair share hours for this event, but as part of the WEST family, we need to do everything we can do to make the event a success. There are a lot of things we want to work on and fix around West and we really need the funds from the Swim-a-Thon to make sure we can continue to fix and make improvements around West.

 

We will be having Mandatory Swim-a-Thon Fundraising Meetings (including coffee and doughnuts) on March 2, 2013. One parent from each family must attend one of these meetings. The times for each meeting are below. If for some reason you cannot make the time set for your child's group, then please attend one of the other meetings set for that day.

 

Accelerate & Challenge 2:

Practice 6:00-9:00am

Parent Meeting 9:30-10:00am

Letter Writing 9:00-10:00am

 

Challenge 1:

Practice 9:00-11:30

Parent Meeting 11:15-11:45

Letter Writing 11:30 - 12:30
