NO PRACTICE THURSDAY OR FRIDAY This Week & Optional Practices Schedule Next Week

We will NOT be holding practices at WEST this Thursday or Friday due to PNS Champs. The pool will be open, anyone still interested in swimming, contact your coach for a workout to do on your own. Also, you are more than welcome to come to KCAC and warm-up with the team and then stay to help support your teammates.

Next week, we plan to hold a week of "optional" workouts. We plan to swim all groups at the same time and take advantage of the opportunity for team building exercises before we all head our seperate ways over the break.

Monday through Thursday:

Senior / Accelerate: 1:30-4pm, Challenge / Discover / Explore: 1:30-3pm

Friday:

Senior / Accelerate: 12:30-3pm, Challenge / Discover / Explore: 12:30-2pm

We will then return the week of August 26th with more specific information to be released as we get closer.

We hope to have Registration Packets available over the next couple weeks. Please stay connected and regularly check the website and emails.
