WEST Weekly
Dear WEST swim fanatics,
Midway through October and here comes meet season. WEST swimmers had a great showing at the October Challenge last weekend with many time drops and for many of our newer swimmers, it was their first time competing. Great job! This weekend we travel to Widbey Island to compete at the NWAC Halloween Invite.

Practice Schedule Changes This Week:
Senior - No Friday early AM practice, rest up for the weekend.
Saturday practice due to the meet:
Explore, Discover, Challenge, Senior 2 and Masters - Normal Practice
Senior and Accelerate - swim with Challenge 9-11am.
Halloween Practice Schedule:
Normal Lessons and Pre-Comp
Explore, Discover, Challenge and Senior 2 - NO PRACTICE
Accelerate - Optional Practice with Senior 3:30-6:30pm
Senior - Normal, no early AM practice Friday, Nov 1st.
Team Group Parents Needed
Every year each group has a volunteer parent that helps facilitate communication and organize special team events. We are in need of at least one parent from each group to step forward as that official person. Anyone interested please email [email protected].
Non-Athlete Registration Forms
All Officials and Board Members need to be registered with USA Swimming. Please complete a form ( available on the PNS site here or we have copies already printed at the front desk) and return it to the office by next Friday, November 1st and WEST will pay for it.
There are tons of germs going and people are getting sick left and right. Make sure kids are dry and stay warm after practice or lessons. Take your vitamins and get enough rest!
