WEST Weekly

What an exciting time around WEST! Not only are the holidays and New Year quickly approaching, but we are also in the midst of our Mid-Season Short Course Championships. Last weekend we had outstanding performances at the PNS 14 & Under Championships including an overall 10th place Team Finish and two individual Champions - Jon Cook and Nicole Limberg. Nicole's 200 Breaststroke time was the 10th fastest in the country for her age group this year! Other top finalists included Elli Straume, Marissa Kanaly and Justin Limberg. Congratulations to all WEST swimmers that competed at 14 & Under Champs and Good Luck to all Senior Swimmers competing this weekend!

Holiday Schedule - December 22nd - January 5th

Accelerate & Senior Groups to train at Engineered Sports in Everett (see Engineered2win.com for more info)

Accelerate will have a Dryland Only practice on Friday Dec 27th at 12:30pm. Senior Group will have a Dryland Only practice on Saturday Dec 28th at 9:30am. These practices will be about 2 hours long and will be informational and very valuable. We encourage all to attend.
