UPDATED Reopening Guidelines & Policies, Reminder to complete forms PRIOR to start of programs

Hello WEST Members,

We are excited to be getting back to the pool! As we return for the fall, we have carefully gone over our Reopening Guidelines Policies for our programs to ensure that information is succinct, effective and safe.

Out of abundance of safety, we will be requiring ALL participating members (Lap Swim, Water Aerobics, Swim Team, PreComp, SwimFit, Private Lessons) to submit an updated form prior to beginning any program in September. The updated form can be found below. Forms will be collected at the front office, in the corresponding collection tray.

Reminder, all swim team members will need to also submit their WEST Handbook Receipt Form (see below) prior to practices.
