I hope everyone had a great Spring Break, we are excited to be gearing back up and getting ready for Summer. We are more than halfway through April and the sunset is now past 8pm! Longer days and nicer weather are starting to show up, wear your sunscreen and get outside as much as you can.
 
Jersey Mike’s Coupon Fundraiser - THIS WEEK ONLY
Take advantage of some deals and help raise money for WEST! You can save on multiple subs, party platters or get a free drink and for each coupon used between 4/15-4/21 they will donate $3 to WEST. See the flier attached with the coupons at the bottom. 
 
Saturday 4/20 Weight Room Opens Late @ 3:30pm
We are kicking off our Swim-A-Thon fundraising campaign with a party for each club team group where the kids will write donation letters while they eat some food we provide. The weight room / gym will be open 3:30-7pm, thanks for understanding.
 
Early AM Lap Swim Change to Normal Schedule
In an effort to accommodate early lap swimmers, we are able to start morning lap swim at 6:45am on Tuesday, Thursdays and Fridays from now on. We will also aim to open earlier whenever the swim team practice schedule allows so make sure to check the bottom for upcoming changes to normal schedule. 
 
Swim-A-Thon Fundraising Campaign Started
We are kicking off our annual Swim-A-Thon fundraising campaign. The swimmers will be soliciting donations to help maintain the facility. This year’s funds will be used to pay for a feasibility study done by an Architecture Firm that looks into a major renovation and construction of a separate warm-water teaching pool. We are really excited about our future and appreciate everyone’s help and continued support!
 
Summer Team Registration NOW OPEN!
Our Summer Rec Team is a great introductory and non-commitment way to try competitive swimming. Several time slots filled last year and we anticipate it filling again this year, so don’t wait if you want a spot! Please see the Summer Team page where you can find more info and register. 
 
Summer Schedule Will Start June 24th
Mark your calendars, we will switch to our Summer Schedule on Monday 6/24 and run until Saturday 8/17. The schedule will be similar to last year and announced soon. 
 
Summer Maintenance Closure 8/18-9/2
We plan to close for the last two weeks of August for annual maintenance. Monthly membership accounts will be credited for the closure and we plan to reopen after Labor Day.  
 
Normal Lap Swim Schedule
Exercise-based swimming; swimmers should be swimming laps and in lanes according to ability and speed. At busier times it may be necessary to share a lane. If you need assistance finding the best lane to share with, please don't hesitate to ask the lifeguard. Upcoming changes to the normal schedule are listed below. 
 
Monday & Wednesday: 7am-2pm, 8:30-9:30pm
Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 6:45am-2pm, 8:30-9:30pm
Saturday: 2:30-7pm
Sunday: 10am-2pm
*Mon, Wed, Fri: limited lanes available during Water Aerobics 8-9am
 
Normal Open Swim Schedule
Leisure-based, unstructured swimming; perfect time for families and swimmers to practice and play in the water. Lap swim can take place in available lanes and the lifeguard may assist so that all swimmers can share the space.Upcoming changes to the normal schedule are listed below. 
 
Monday-Friday: 8:30-9:30pm
Saturday: 2:30-7pm, 8:30-9:30pm
Sunday: 10am-2pm
