Practice is ongoing and the new session will begin May 1, 2024. This group is designed for adult swimmers age 18 and older who wish to train with a small group of fellow athletes. Previous competitive swim experience or triathlon swim experience needed. Check out the practice schedule below.

Monday - Friday 5:00 - 6:30 am
Practice Schedule (May 28 - June 12):
Monday - Thursday 5:00 - 6:30 am
Practice Schedule (June 13 - July 25):
Monday - Thursday 6:00 - 7:00 am
Registration Fee (May 1, 2024 - July 25, 2024):
Town of Herndon Residents $150 per quarter
Non-residents $199 per quarter
