Practice is ongoing, and the next 3-month session will begin September 3, 2024. This group is designed for adult swimmers age 18 and older who wish to train with a small group of fellow athletes. Previous competitive swim experience or triathlon swim experience needed. Check out the practice schedule below.

Monday/Wednesday/Friday 5:00 - 6:30 am
Tuesday 2:00 - 3:00 pm
Registration Fee (September 3 - December 31):
Town of Herndon Residents $150 per quarter
Non-residents $199 per quarter
