MAC KNIGHTS is our club’s new competitive program for 13-18 year-olds. It offers four early morning practices at 4:30am-6:15am@MP on Tue, Wed, Thu, and Fri. A swimmer's USA Swimming path begins at the state-level Junior Olympics (JOs) meet, progresses to Zones and Sectionals, and then moves onto the “national” stage at Junior Nationals and the Futures Championships. In the 2021-2022 season, 13 swimmers under 13 years old qualified for Junior Olympics, and 3 swimmers under 13 years old qualified for Zone Championships.
