Coach Sean has been involved with the Arlington Park swim team since 1991 when he started as a Prep swimmer! He brings over 20 years of swim coaching experience; including 17 seasons as Head Swim Coach here at AP, 17 high school swim seasons, 3 seasons in YMCA, and USS club experience at both age group and senior levels. Sean is an ASCA Level 3 coach, an ASCA Summer League certified swim coach and a YMCA certified coach. He has coached high school state finalists, All-Americans and Olympic Trials qualifiers. Sean attended Indiana University where he swam one season. He is a social studies teacher and swim coach at Blackhawk Christian School. Sean also has a background in youth ministry. This is Allison’s 3rd year as head prep coach and 5th season coaching with us. She swam for Arlington for 14 seasons and is a team record holder. She was a club swimmer for 10 years finishing her time with Fort Wayne Swim Team. She is a 2023 graduate from Carroll High School and currently attends Indiana University studying elementary education. Allison is very excited to coach again this summer! [email protected]

This is Raiden's 1st season as an AP swim coach, but he will bring a lot experience and knowledge. Raiden has been coaching with the YMCA Sharks team the past two seasons. He also swam competatively for many years on Fort Wayne Swim Team, the YMCA Sharks, Blackhawk summer swim and his final 3 seasons on AP! Raiden graduated high school in 2023 and is in his second year studying to be a children's pastor.

This is Savannah's 5th season as a prep coach with 2 summers prior helping as a sub. She swam for Arlington for 13 seasons. Savannah is a 2023 graduate from Northrop High School and currently attends Ball State University. This is Janelle's 4th season as a prep coach. She was on the AP swim team for 11 seasons. Janelle swam in high school for Blackhawk Christian where she currently holds 7 of 8 individual school swimming records. She has past experience swimming club for Fort Wayne Swim Team. She currently attends Grace College. [email protected]

This is Isaac's 3rd season as an AP prep coach. He swam for AP throughout high school. Isaac is a graduate of Dwenger High School where he holds the team record in 100 breast. He also competed for the Fort Wayne YMCA Sharks swim team where he is currently a coach.

This is Katie's 1st season as a Prep coach, but she has been with us as a sub coach the past 3 summers. Katie swam for AP for more than 10 years and was a year round club swimmer for many years as well. She is currently a senior at Carroll High School.

This is Matthew's 8th season coaching with AP. He dove 12 seasons for Arlington and spent 9 years with Indiana International School of Diving (IISD) club team here in town. Matthew is graduate from Anderson Univeristy where he competed on their dive team. He's a 2020 graduate from Concordia Lutheran High School where he was a sectional champion, three time regional qualifier and placed at the State Championship his senior season. He holds both the 6 and 11-dive school records at Concordia HS and Anderson U.  [email protected]

This is Kennadie's first season as a dive coach for AP. She has a lot of experience as a diver both in club for IISD and at Carroll High School. She will be a Junior at Carroll next fall. Kennadie loves working with kids and is excited to be part of Arlington.
