Dana Hills Swim Team Spring Clinic

Get ready to dive into the 2026 swim season with our Spring Clinic. This program builds a strong technical foundation so swimmers are ready to succeed all summer. Starting March 2 and running through April 2, the program is designed to provide swimmers with a solid foundation to set them up for success throughout the season.

We highly encourage all swimmers to participate in this valuable clinic, as it focuses on refining essential skills and techniques that swimmers will build upon as the season progresses.

Dates: March 2, 2026 – April 2, 2026
Schedule: Monday–Thursday each week (No practice on Fridays)

What to Expect

The clinic offers a comprehensive approach to skill development, with each day dedicated to a specific stroke. Swimmers will engage in progressive drills and focus on:
  • Stroke-focused days with progressive drills
  • Body position & breathing fundamentals
  • Timing & efficiency for all swimmers
  • Race skills: starts, breakouts, turns, and finishes
Coaches provide detailed instruction and feedback so swimmers improve steadily and gain confidence in the water.

Eligibility Rules (Important County Rule)

County eligibility rules state that swimmers may not exceed 15 hours of in-water clinics and lessons between March 1 through March 28. It is the parent’s responsibility to ensure their swimmers adhere to this rule. Exceeding the limit could lead to disqualification and team penalties.
