Job Posting: Assistant Summer Swim Team Coach

Five Oaks Swimming Pool located in Catonsville, MD is currently looking for an Assistant Coach. The team swims in the Central Maryland Swim League and has approximately 200 swimmers - male and female between the ages of 6-18. The team practices in the evenings from 5:30pm-8pm until June 16th. Starting June 17th, practice will move to the morning (7:30am- 10:30am) and evening (6:00pm-7:30pm) and run through the end of July. Practices are held on weekdays, with meets taking place on Saturday mornings beginning June 20th and finishing after our Divisional Championship meet at the end of July. Candidates should have a strong background in developing swimmers with the ability to create a competitive, fun, and positive training environment for all levels. Applicants should possess knowledge of sound competitive swimming skills and basic exercise and be able to teach proper competitive swimming techniques. Job Posting: Summer Swim Team Head Coach         https://tvtswim.swimtopia.com/

The Taylor Village Tigerfish, located in Ellicott City, MD, is currently looking for a Head Coach for the upcoming 2026 Summer season. The team swims in the Central Maryland Swim League and has approximately 80 swimmers - male and female - between the ages of 6-18. 

 

From May 26 thru the last day of school in Howard County, practices run weeknights 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Starting June 22, practices run weekday mornings (7:30 am to 8:45 am) and weeknight evenings (6:00 pm to 8:00 pm). Time trials and meets run Saturday mornings from June 13 thru July 18 (including July 4th this year) with the Divisional competition running on July 25. 

 

Candidates should have a strong background in developing swimmers (and junior coaches) with the ability to create a competitive, fun, and positive training environment for all levels. Applicants should possess knowledge of sound competitive swimming skills and basic exercise and be able to teach proper competitive swimming techniques.
