Welcome to another great summer of swimming with the Roland Run Stingrays! We are happy to announce that Kathy Hirsch will be returning as our Head Coach for the upcoming season! Assistant Coaches TJ Matteini, Elise Purcell, & Tommy Hirsch will be joining Coach Kathy on deck this upcoming season! Registration is now open!

1 Unassisted Lap of Freestyle is a  Mandatory Requirement for Swim Team

$125 per swimmer early bird special if you register by May 26th 

2024 CMSL Season will consist of 5 Live Meets! 2 Home Meets, 3 Away Meets, 1 Home Time Trial, along with a Divisional Meet and/or Straehles Meet that certain ROR swimmers can participate if certain timing standards are achieved.

Swim practice will start Tuesday, May 28th and run through Friday, July 19th. Additional week of practice from July 22nd through July 26th for those that qualify for Straehles Meet or represent ROR at the Divsionals Meet.

We will rely on swim team parents to fill positions as volunteers, tech volunteers, & volunteer officials. We can not stress enough how important volunteers are needed in order to make swim team a success.

If your kid is swimming, you will need to volunteer. If you don't volunteer, your child can be pulled from the meet.
