Welcome to another great summer of swimming with the Roland Run Stingrays! We are happy to announce that Kathy Hirsch will be returning as our Head Coach for the upcoming season! Assistant Coaches Max Verheyen and TJ Matteini will be joining Coach Kathy on deck this upcoming season! Registration is now open!

$125 per swimmer early bird special if you register by May 29th (multi-swimmer discount available)

2023 CMSL Season will consist of 5 Live Meets! 3 Home Meets, 2 Away Meets, 1 Home Time Trial, along with a Divisional Meet and/or Straehles Meet that certain ROR swimmers can participate if certain timing standards are achieved.

Swim practice will start Tuesday, May 30th and run through Friday, July 21st. Additional week of practice from July 24th through July 28th for those that qualify for Straehles Meet or represent ROR at the Divsionals Meet.

We will rely on swim team parents to fill positions as volunteers, tech volunteers, & volunteer officials. We can not stress enough how important volunteers are needed in order to make swim team a success. If your kid is swimming, you will need to volunteer.
