Sign up to Receive Emails:
Emails are the most reliable way to get regular information about what's going on and where and when things are happening.
If you're registered with the team, you should already be getting emails to the primary email listed on your Columbia Association Account. However, sometimes this isn't your preferred email, or you may want more than one parent to receive the notifications. Here's how to add an email:
1. Log into Team Unify and go to your account page
2. Enter up to three emails in addition to your login email.
3. Click Save.
4. Check your email and follow the link to validate your email.
Follow us on Facebook:
Although email is our primary method of communicating important stuff, our posts to Facebook are more in "real time" (opposed to a weekly email blast) and are frequently the fastest way to know what's happening. In addition, lots of little things are shared on the Facebook page that you'll miss if you're only getting emails (pictures taken by parents during events, newspaper articles about the team, etc.). If you use Facebook at all, you'll want to follow us. We also highly recommend updating your notification settings to highlight every post.
Our facebook group is set to private/closed, so you must request to join us. Just follow the link below and then answer the questions provided so that we know you belong on the page. Please note that for the safety of our swimmers, we cannot accpet your request if you do not answer the security questions. Please allow 24-hours for us to accept your request to join.
Please note that we also have a public facebook page which is used for promoting the team (since posts from our private group cannot be shared). You are welcome to find and follow this page as well, but it is not really intended for team members as much as potential future members.
