There will be are seven meets during the season; Time Trials, five Dual Meets and the All-City Championship Meet. 

Meet participation is not required however swimmers must participate in 3 meets (Time Trials and two Dual Meets OR three Dual Meets) to participate in the All-City Championship Meet. For the All-City Championship Meet, swimmers must have a legal time in the events for which they are entered in the meet.

• June 7 - Time Trials 

• June 14 - Dual Meet 1

• Julne 21 - Dual Meet 2

• June 28 - Dual Meet 3

• July 5 - No Meet

• July 12 - Dual Meet 4

• July 19 - Dual Meet 5

• July 25 & 26 - All-City Championship Meet

• If you do not want your swimmer's information included in Meet Results published on the CNSL League website please complete the 2025 CNSL Meet Results Opt Out Form no later than June 8, 2025.
