Cancellation information will be posted on this page and emailed to Coaches and Team Managers. Session 1 cancellation information Cancelled anytime before the completion of Event 12 - uncompleted events moved to the END of Session 3 on Saturday afternoon. Cancelled anytime after the completion of Event 12, - Session will NOT be made up. Sessions 2 & 3 on Saturday will NOT be made up in the event of inclement weather cancellation. |

| Eligibility | Open to 2025 CNSL participants who swim in an individual event in 3 dual meets or 2 dual meets and Time Trials. |

| Swimmers with Disabilities | CNSL welcomes all swimmers with disabilities as described in the USA Swimming Rules and Regulations, Article 105 who meet the eligibility requirement above. Coaches entering swimmers with disabilities that require any accommodations must provide advance written notice to the Meet Director by the entry deadline. Failure to provide advance notice may limit CNSL's ability to accommodate all requests. |

| Order of Events & Divisional Time Standards | Order of Events and Divisional Time Standards Divisional Time Standards are reviewed and adjusted based on the previous year's meet results. |

| Individual Entries | Swimmers may enter TWO individual events & ONE relay event. Swimmer’s entries are assigned to the applicable division according to the published Time Standards. Swimmer’s entries are assigned to the applicable age group according to the swimmer's age on June 1, 2025. Swimmers may NOT swim up in an age group. Swimmers must have a legal time for the event in which they are competing from a 2025 CNSL Dual Meet or Time Trials. A “no time” or "NT" entry is NOT permitted. LATE ENTRIES OR DECK ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. |

| Relay Entries | Relay participants are determined by the team coaching staff. Mixed Relays must consist of 2 Male and 2 Female Competition Category athletes. For all 100 yard relay events, swimmers must use an in water start at the shallow end of the pool. ALL RELAY SWIMMERS MUST BE ON THE MEET ATHLETE ROSTER TO PARTICIPATE IN A RELAY. |

| Entry Declaration |
5 PM SUNDAY, JULY 20 Parent must select two individual events for their swimmer (2025 CNSL season legal times required). Parent must provide Relay avaibility (Yes or No) in the comment box. Head Coach must submit 1 NT-Relay for participating relay events 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE START OF EACH SESSION Head Coach must submit a TEAM RELAY ENTRY FORM with relay participant names and seed times to the Meet Operations table. |

| Entry Corrections | 9am WEDNESDAY, JULY 23 ERRORS MUST BE EMAILED TO THE ENTRY COORDINATOR - [email protected] No changes will be made after the 9am deadline. ENTRIES MAY ONLY BE ALTERED THE DAY OF THE MEET DUE TO AN ERROR MADE BY THE MEET DIRECTOR/ENTRY COORDINATOR AND WITH PERMISSION OF THE MEET REFEREE. |

| Rules |
The 2025 USA Swimming and CNSL Rules and Regulations will govern the meet. No one will be permitted on the pool deck unless they are a participating swimmer, CNSL coach, meet staff or a volunteer working the meet session. With the exception of the Coach Relay, coaches and non-swimmers are NOT allowed in the water during a race. Violations of these Rules may result in dismissal from the meet at the discretion of the Meet Referee. |

| Timing Equipment | The meet is run using the semi-automatic Dolphin timing system with electronic start or with press-button system. |
||
| Warmup Assignments | Teams are assigned warmup lanes as listed on the Warm Up Assignments Report |
||
| Swimmer Seeding Area | Swimmers in Session 1 & Session 3 will report to the Seed Tent area (outside the fence behind the starting end of the pool) to be lined up for events by heat and lane. |
||
| Awards |
Medals for 1st through 3rd in “A, B, C” Division for all events. Rosette ribbons for 4th through 10th place in all divisions. |

CA Approved Photographers/Videographers will be on site for marketing purposes only. No other photographers allowed on the pool deck. All CA and CNSL Photography Polices will be enforced at the meet. |
