Practices begin Tuesday, May 27, 2025. Swimmers are welcome to attend some or all of the scheduled practices. There are no practice attendance requirements.
 
All swimmers must be registered with CNSL to attend practices after the conclusion of First Splash (May 27th - 30th).
 
Practice time slots are determined by the Coaching Staff and Team Managers for each team.  Check with your individual team's website for specific age group practice times.
