Coach Ryan went to college at the University of Wyoming and swam his freshmen year.  After college, he moved back to Lawrence where he taught at South Junior High and coached swimming for 8 years. He moved out here for his wife's job at Metro State University .  This is his 8th year at Green Mountain High school teaching and coaching swimming.  You may have seen him around during Summer Club because he coached at AAC for 7 summers and AK for one.  "I am excited to be a Golden Marlin and I am looking forward to a great season this summer!"
