Registration process for 2026

All registrations will be processed through the Aqua Jets’ team website, www.avaquajets.com.  To register:

  1.  Click on the “Register” command button

   

  1. Complete all information that is required for your family and your swimmer(s).
  2. Read through all agreements
  3. Fees this year will be paid online when registration is completed.  The fees for the 2026 year are as follows:
    1. $185 for Ashburn Village Residents, $160 for siblings
    2. $230 for non-Ashburn Village Residents, $205 for siblings
    3. $30 Parent’s Organization Fee per family
    4. $6 Registration Fee per family
  4. All new swimmers to the team and MUST BE EVALUATED prior to their registration being approved. All swimmers must be able to independently swim 25 meters (1 lap with correct stroke).  No exceptions will be made.

The team has a swimmer cap of 200 swimmers.  Registration closes entirely on 5/18/2026.

Refund Policy:  We understand that sometimes after you have registered you may need a refund.  If the refund is requested BEFORE May 1, 2026 you will be refunded your full registration amount MINUS a $50 administrative fee.  After May 26, 2026 there will be NO REFUNDS.
