Meets & Swimmer Commitment Declaration
All account owners need to access either the OnDeck App (preferred) or the Event page of the team website and declare whether their swimmers are attending upcoming meets. This will need to be done on a weekly basis no later than 2 days before each meet.
Coaches will go in and approve swimmers and/or move them into the strokes / relays they will be swimming via the app so everyone should see what their child is swimming.
OnDeck is a free App that you can download to your phone. It is connected to your TeamUnify account. Only the account owner who is set up and registered in TeamUnify (the person with access to TeamUnify website / entered registration / signs up for volunteering) will be able to access and view the following details.
OnDeck Instructions:
Download the OnDeck App from your App Store
Select to receive notifications so that you can be quickly notified when the practice or meets are delayed/canceled due to weather.
The TeamUnify account owner should use their credentials to login.
Select the hamburger icon in the top left.
'Events' > 'Events & Meet Entries'
Select the meet > 'Commitment'
Select your swimmer > Choose either 'No, thanks' or 'Yes, please' > Apply
If you choose 'Yes' - you can select the strokes for them to swim. This will only be the case for Time Trials and B Meets. Coaches will be selecting the strokes for A Meets. Coaches will also be able to override any selections.
Once saved, coaches will go in and approve and you will be able to see their approved strokes.
Website Instructions
Access the SFST website as usual. Sign into your account.
Navigate to the Events page > scroll to the event and click on 'Edit Commitment'
Select your swimmer > Choose either 'No, thanks' or 'Yes, please' > Apply
If you choose 'Yes' - you can select the strokes for them to swim. This will only be the case for Time Trials and B Meets. Coaches will be selecting the strokes for A Meets. Coaches will also be able to override any selections.
