Welcome to Our Youngest Seahorses!

The Junior Seahorses program provides a fun and enjoyable experience for young children, usually under the age of 6, to learn some basic strokes and feel comfortable in the water. While the Junior Seahorses coaches work closely with the children to make them feel safe in the water, they also offer opportunities for them to see the benefits of learning how to swim competitively. The Junior Seahorses group is not necessarily a precursor to the Swim Team. Children and parents should both understand that the primary purposes of this group are acclimation, safety, and confidence while in the water.

All swim practices are executed by counselors, overseen by the Junior Seahorse Director.

The Junior Seahorse group will be limited to 25 swimmers.

Swimmers MUST turn 3 by June 1, 2025 and be completely potty trained.

Swimmers will be broken into three groups or levels based on their swim ability.
