How to Sign-up for Alerts

We have a system to send email and text message alerts. This is primarily used to inform of practices that are canceled or interrupted. To set-up this information:

  • Log into the website
  • Go to My Account > My Account (left side menu)
  • Click the Add Email or Add SMS button and fill out the form
    • After adding an SMS contact, a verification code will be transmitted. Please click the Verify button and enter the supplied code.

How to Sign Up For B Meets

If your child is available on Wednesday:

  • Sign-in to the website
  • Find the meet under the Events tab and click the “Attend/Decline” button
  • Click the name of one of your children
  • Select the drop-down saying they will be able to attend
  • Check the box next to each event they will swim in
  • Click "Save Changes"
  • Repeat for your other children

If your child is not available on Wednesday:

  • Please follow the above steps but select the drop-down that will tell the coaches that the swimmer is not available.

How to Submit Expenses

Submit all your APPROVED expenses to the team treasurer. You MUST use the standard form - click to download - and make sure to sign the form yourself and obtain an approval signature from one of the Parent Leadership positions (Dave Ziffer, Maria Carrasco, Amy Owens, Marcus Dixon, Alejandro Bonilla).

For the 2024 season, please submit all expenses July 31st  so that we can close the books and determine our financial standing as of the end of the summer.
