$180 Single (Swim or Dive)
$275 Dual (both Swim and Dive)
SCHOLARSHIP INFO
Once you complete your registration on GoodmanWaves.com (team unify site), you will receive an email with payment/scholarship info and how to apply with the City of Madison.
REGISTRATION INFO
1. Once registration is complete on TeamUnify, you will receive a Confirmation email of your registraion on TeamUnify but you will still need to pay or apply for a scholarship with the City of Madison Parks.
2. Within a few days of registering on TeamUnify, you should receive a second email (Payment/Scholarship email) with a link to the City of Madison Parks for payment AND scholarship instructions on how to complete. Please be patient for this email to arrive. If you don't receive one within 5 days, please email us at [email protected]
3. Once you receive the Payment/Scholarship email, you will have 1 week (7 days) to pay or apply for a scholarship. If you do not complete this step within 1 week (7 days), your spot(s) may be forfeited.
All participants receive a team t-shirt and latex swim cap at the beginning of the season. Team suits, though not mandatory, are to be purchased from Simply Swimming. If obtaining a swim suit is a hardship, please contact us at [email protected].
