Preseason "To Do List" 2025
Please complete everything by below ASAP to be prepared for GBHS Swimming and Diving 2025
1. Get on our Roster
Take a minute to fill out the GBHS Swimming and Diving interest form.
2. Have your Athletic Clearance completed to be eligible.
The following things must be completed ONCE per school year by 2/10/25:

CLICK HERE for the athletics clearance form. After the form has been completed and signed by a physician, upload the document to HOME CAMPUS, https://www.homecampus.com/ to administer athletic clearance online. - To be cleared, students will need to have a physical PRIOR TO FEB 10th. If a doctors appt is unavailable prior to that, please go to a MedClinic or other doctor.

- Be aware that in the clearance process you are asked if you would like to make a donation and this goes directly to the general athletic fund, NOT to aquatics.

Permission Slip must be turned in to Coach Greeley. This must be done before you can get into the pool. It must be printed as a 2-sided document and all pertinent information filled out and signed by parents.
3. Receive updates and important communication
- ATHLETES ONLY text @2025swim to 81010 to receive swim team remind texts. The number of accounts is limited so parents will be removed.

- Mandatory Athlete Meeting Wednesday, January 22nd, 3:25-3:55 in the GBHS Library.
- Mandatory Parent Meeting Thursday, February 13th, 2025, 6:00-6:25 in GBHS Theatre, followed by 6:30-7:30 in TBD.
4. Register on our team website
Go to www.gbhsaquatics.com and click button "Register Online" (midway down the page on the left) under Registration Granite Bay High School Swim 2025. This must be done each year. This is the platform we use to register for meets, do meet entries, send out emails, etc. Please email [email protected] for registration questions.
5. Help our team continue to operate at a high level
Although it comes with many awesome features, there are still many areas we need to fundraise for to make this truly state of the art!
- Make team donation of $400
- To submit the requested $400 donation, you may use Square via this link or use your phone with this QR Code
- Consider an additional tax deductible donation or sponsorship to help us pay for our capital improvements.
6. Get your team equipment and apparel ordered
Athletes need swim equipment ASAP and ideally before the season starts. Please go HERE for information on the equipment and apparel and note the ordering deadlines. Please understand that some of the items (such as the parka) may take up a while to be received.
