- Varsity Team - PLEASE NOTE: all varsity boys must enroll in 4th period Athletic P.E.
- Monday - 2:00-4:15pm
- Tuesday - 6:15-8:00am (weights) + 2:00-4:15pm
- Wednesday - 2:15-4:15pm
- Thursday - 6:15-8:00am (weights) + 2:00-4:15pm
- Friday - 6:15-8:00am (pool) + 2:00-4:15pm
- Junior Varsity Team
- Monday - 6:00-7:45pm
- Tuesday - 6:00-7:45pm
- Wednesday - 4:15-6:00pm
- Thursday - 6:00-7:45pm
- Friday - 6:00-7:45pm (except on home football game nights)
