Reeves RAPIDS is a summer swim team for those who are aged 18 and under as of June 1st of the current year. The goal of our team is to provide every member an opportunity to improve swimming skills and achieve success at his or her level of ability, while supporting their friends and enjoying the sport. Reeves RAPIDS is a member of the Blue Ridge Swim League. We have several meets throughout the summer and compete in the Blue Ridge Swim League Conference which is typically held the last week in July. All competitors must receive a legal time in 2 regular season meets to be eligible for conference. Swim meets require volunteers in order to run efficiently. All parents are expected to volunteer to assist with meets. Open positions will be assigned to parents on a rotational basis, taking into account their prior involvement.
