Fall 2023 Levels Breakdown

We are excited to bring back our four level team structure this Fall with a few adjustments!
Red Group
Level 1/level 2 equivalent- Swimmers who have done intermediate swim lessons/swim team and are comfortable swimming freestyle and back stroke. Swimmers will work on their endurance and basic technique for Freestyle and Backstroke along with racing starts. **Must be able to swim 25 meters freestyle and backstroke without assistance. 25m freestyle must be completed in less than 1 min 15 seconds.
Also, for swimmers with knowledge of Breaststroke and Butterfly, but need stroke development instruction. This group will swim in the Activity Pool.
Bronze group
Level 2/level 3 equivalent - Must be able to swim 4x100m unassisted freestyle/backstroke on a 2:05 minute interval.
This Group will swim in the Lap Pool and Activity Pool and swimmer should be legal in all four competitive strokes.
Silver Group
Level 3 equivalent- Must be able to swim 6x100m unassisted freestyle/backstroke on a 1:55 minute interval.
This Group will swim in the Lap Pool and swimmer MUST be legal in all four competitive strokes.
Gold Group
Level 4 equivalent- Must be able to swim 8x100m unassisted freestyle/backstroke on a 1:45 minute interval OR be invited to join by the Head Coach.
This Group will swim in the Lap Pool and swimmer MUST be legal in all four competitive strokes.
