Coach Parking - Advance Registration
- Each team receives free parking for up to 3 coaches per day.
- Advance registration is required.
- Advance registration due by 11:59 p.m. on Wed, July 23, 2025 (7/24/2025 - free parking deadline has passed)
- Do not need to register if: (1) coach with USAS credentials or (2) coach who is also a swimmer under age 18 participating in the meet (no parents in car).
- If you have 1st warm-ups Saturday, you will have 2nd warm-ups Sunday.
- If you have 2nd warm-ups Saturday, you will have 1st warm-ups Sunday.
- Lane 1 in the Competition Pool will be for Starts and Lane 10 will be for turns.

Coach information
- Entry Fees:
- Completed fee worksheet, waiver and fees due at start of the meet
- $20.00 facility fee per swimmer
- $5.00 per individual event (Late entries $10.00)
- $10.00 per relay team (Late entries $15.00)
- Note: Make one check payable to Jefferson Shelby Swim Council. No refunds will be made after the entry deadline.
