Today, Monday 7/24 at 9;45 Coach Mike and Coach Casey (from the Fairless Hills YMCA) will be able to answer questions about winter swim. No pressure, just a chance to find out what Y swimming is about.

Hello LMT Swimmers; If your swimmer would like to work on their starts and turns you are in luck. As we prepare for CHAMPS we are offering Starts and Turns Clinics this Friday as well as next Friday from 10:45-11:15. The cost is $20 per swimmer. As a follow-up: -Practice times are normal today, and the 10:45 Clinic is still on for today if you are signed up. -Food donations will still be accepted today and Monday (*Please bring peanut butter, cereal, canned evaporated milk or box shelf stable milk. We are holding a contest for the practice time that donates the most for a local food pantry!! ) -Philly Pretzels will be distributed Monday to round out Spirit week
We are going to postpone the team picture and gift until Monday, given the possibility of rain/storms. Please arrive MONDAY 9:00 am. Practice for today is still on for now. We will send another email if we need to cancel for weather.
